I photographed Koen Bouckaert, creator of The 500 Calorie Kitchen, at a beautiful barn conversion in West Sussex. Koen was keen to enhance his company branding with some authentic lifestyle images rather than resorting to impersonal stock photography.  The photos have been widely used on his website, social media platforms and in printed publicity.

Koen, who has worked as both a chef and fitness trainer, is passionate about healthy eating and helping people how to cook and enjoy delicious, homemade food. The shoot day was great fun and flowed effortlessly – Koen’s team had brought armfuls of delicious fresh local produce, which Koen prepared in his signature laid-back manner (I even picked up a few tips about filleting fish!).
